That now includes offering more ways to receive payments, including faster, more efficient reimbursement options and access to detailed explanation of payment (EOP) information for each transaction. This is possible because of our new alliance with PNC Healthcare, which will provide electronic payment methods via ECHO Health, their claim payments and remittances service.

ECHO Health provides payers throughout the United States—including some of the largest dental payers in the industry—with electronic settlement services that help reduce costs and increase payment efficiency. The company processes over 300 million claims and over $60 billion in payments annually.

In the coming weeks, you’ll receive communications from PNC Healthcare/ECHO Health that include additional details about this transition and what your practice must do to take advantage of these valuable services.
