Important Deadline: 2022 License Renewal
Please remember to renew your license with the Florida Board of Dentistry no later than midnight, EST, on Feb. 28, 2022. Registering early is strongly encouraged to avoid termination of your network contract with Florida Combined Life. If you have not renewed your license by Feb. 28, your license will be considered delinquent, and your contract with Florida Combined Life will terminate, effective March 1, 2022.
