Our Medicare Advantage Network Has Launched

If you’re a participating provider in our BlueDental Copayment network, you’re also an in-network provider in our new Medicare Advantage network, which launched on January 1. The network offers the opportunity to provide essential dental care to more than 100,000 Florida Blue Medicare Advantage members.

Please note:

• Members will present a Florida Blue Medicare Advantage HMO or PPO medical ID card, which also serves as their dental ID card
• You can verify patient eligibility at the My Patients’ Benefits website or by calling 1-866-445-5148
• Reimbursement is paid according to the Medicare Advantage dental network schedule of allowances (2023 fee schedules are now in effect)
• You need to complete fraud, waste, and abuse training annually, which is provided by CMS
