FEP Dental and GRID/GRID+
If you’re a participating provider with our Federal Employee Program® (FEP) network, you’re also an in-network provider for FEP Dental and GRID/GRID+. The Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA), in partnership with the GRID Dental Corporation, administers FEP Dental. It’s offered to federal government employees as a supplemental dental policy option.
You can identify FEP Grid/Grid+ members by the GRID+ logo on the member’s ID card. To verify eligibility for this nationwide network, please call the number on the member’s ID card.
Please use the 2021 FEP GRID Fee Schedule for reimbursement. You can also view a complete list of participating plans and networks on our website.
