CDT 2022 Annual Code Review
The American Dental Association’s (ADA’s) Code Review committee has updated the CDT 2022 Dental Procedure Codes.
We are reviewing and updating the Schedule of Allowances and the CDT 2022 Dental Procedure Guidelines and Submission Requirements to reflect the ADA’s most recent changes. In December, the complete list of codes with guidelines and submission requirements and a summary of changes in 2022 will be available on the provider page of our website. Please note:
- FCL does not cover all the new codes.
- The codes that will be added to the FCL Schedule of Allowances for 2022 are highlighted in the table.
- Deleted codes will not be accepted as of January 1, 2022.
- Many existing codes have been updated with revised descriptors or nomenclature. Please be sure to refer to the CDT 2022 Dental Procedure Codes for further information.
