Are you receiving phone calls from Florida Blue Medicare Advantage members saying that you’re a participating provider? These callers may be correct. If you participate in our BlueDental Choice Copayment PPO network, you’re an in-network provider for the Medicare Advantage plans offered by Florida Blue.

These members have only one member ID card for their medical and dental coverage, reflecting that they have a Medicare Advantage plan. These medical plans have an embedded dental PPO and reimbursement falls under the BlueDental Choice Copayment PPO fee schedule.
