As the COVID-19 outbreak develops, we’re working with all dentists in our networks to make sure that you can continue to have access to essential dental care. Although your dentist’s office is likely closed for routine visits during this time, rest assured he or she will be available to help you if you have a dental emergency.

That’s why we have plans in place to ensure that we’re ready to help you, even in times as challenging as these. We’re making sure you have access to dental care

Your dentist may have notified you about their office closing for routine services. We’ve made accommodations with our participating providers to make emergency dental assistance available by phone. All of our participating dentists are required to provide emergency services to patients, so please contact your dentist if you have a dental emergency.

You can talk to your dentist about your problem, and they can give you advice on how to manage it.
