COVID-19 and Your Dental Care

During these uncertain times, we want you to know that your health remains our top priority. As the COVID-19 outbreak develops, we’re working with all dentists in our networks to make sure that you can continue to have access to essential dental care. Although your dentist’s office is likely closed for routine visits during this time, rest assured he or she will be available to help you if you have a dental emergency.

We’re still here for you

You don’t plan for a toothache or other dental issues. In fact, it often happens at the worst time. That’s why we have plans in place to ensure that we’re ready to help you, even in times as challenging as these. We expect no interruption to claims processing, and our Customer Service team is standing by ready to help you. If you have questions or concerns, please call 888-223-4892. If you don’t currently have a dentist, you can quickly find one near you in our online directory.

We’re making sure you have access to dental care

Your dentist may have notified you about their office closing for routine services. We’ve made accommodations with our participating providers to make emergency dental assistance available by phone. All of our participating dentists are required to provide emergency services to patients, so please contact your dentist if you have a dental emergency.
