Our members’ health remains our top priority, especially during these uncertain times. As the COVID-19 outbreak develops, we’re working with all dentists in our networks to make sure our members can continue to have access to essential dental care. Although most dentist offices are likely closed for routine visits during this time, rest assured our dentists are available to help if you or your employees have a dental emergency.

Nobody plans for a toothache or other dental issues. In fact, it often happens at the worst time. That’s why we have plans in place to ensure that we’re ready to help, even in times as challenging as these. We’re making sure your employees have access to dental care

Although most dental offices are closed for routine services, we’ve made accommodations with our participating providers to make emergency dental assistance available by phone. All of our participating dentists are required to provide emergency services to patients, so your employees should contact their dentist if they have a dental emergency.

How much does it cost to talk to my dentist over the phone?
There’s no cost to talk to a participating dentist by phone for emergencies.

What qualifies for this service?
Phone or video communication (such as Skype or FaceTime) with your dentist. Emails and text messages aren’t included.

What does this emergency phone assistance cover?
You can talk to your dentist about your problem, and they can give you advice on how to manage it.

Does this apply to dentists outside of Florida?
Yes, this applies to all dentists in our networks nationwide.

What if I don’t have a dentist?
